Returns Policy
Firearms are non-returnable once transferred to your local FFL, per federal law. Inspect every firearm at the dealer before completing the transfer. If you find a defect at the dealer, the dealer should refuse the transfer and notify us immediately.
Non-firearm accessories may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original packaging. Email returns@tacticalarmsdepot.com for an RMA number before shipping anything back.
Defects & Warranty
Manufacturer defects are covered under the original manufacturer warranty. We will help facilitate warranty claims with the manufacturer at no cost.
