Terms of Service

By placing an order with Tactical Arms Depot you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age (18 for long guns), legally permitted to own firearms in your state, and that you will provide a valid government-issued ID at the time of FFL transfer.

All sales are final once a firearm has been transferred. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear suspicious or that violate state or federal law.

Pricing and product availability are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to keep listings accurate, but errors occasionally occur and we will contact you before charging your card if there is a discrepancy.
