• Hi Tilt Spur Hammer: Inspired by Jim Boland’s custom 1911 race pistol work, this hammer eliminates the need for a clearance pocket in the frame. The spur angle and over-cocking limit pad prevent hammer bite while enabling the highest possible grip on the SA-35 frame.
• Matched Sear Geometry: The Mk 1 Balanced Sear is engineered with a nose profile that matches the hammer hook geometry exactly. No stoning or hand-fitting is required—install the kit and get a clean, crisp break without adjusting engagement surfaces.
• Inertia Control: The Balanced Sear Lever and Sear Lever Spring work together to counteract inertia-related rotation of the sear lever as the slide returns to battery. This eliminates the Newtonian limitation that prevented sub-4-pound pull weights in the original Browning design. Hammer follow is virtually eliminated at lighter pull weights.
• Includes Trigger Pin Removal Punch: A dedicated punch is included to prevent damage to the frame or pins during installation.
